Imfree is the world's first personal value club. It unlocks the value of everyone in a shared value transaction that connects grateful members with more of the things they want.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("TERMS")
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms (the "Agreement"). If you are using the Service for an entity, company or organization, you represent to Imfree that you have the authority to bind that business and that you agree to these Terms on behalf of such entity, company or organization. By using the Service you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to the privacy and club policy.
Imfree may change or amend these terms at any time. You will be prompted whenever there are updated versions of these terms. Your explicit acceptance and continued use of the Service after the date such change(s) become effective will constitute consent to the changed terms.
As a condition of your use of the Service you agree to open an Imfree account. You further agree that you are entirely responsible for any activity relating to the account and to maintain its confidentiality.
During the following events, depending on your app settings or device permissions, Imfree may collect your location information as determined through your phone’s location data: during registration, login, reward redemption, logout, and when starting a conversation, fetching new conversations, participating in a promo, fetching new promos, sending a support request, looking for a nearby store, and rating the store experience.
Imfree uses location information to customize the Service for you and others, like sending conversations based on your location, finding nearby stores where you can redeem your rewards, and securing your account when you log in or out of the app.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites which are not under Imfree‘s control. Imfree does not necessarily endorse the content available from such sites. By accessing these sites, you acknowledge and agree that Imfree is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss you incurred arising from or in connection with such use or interaction.
Your use of the Service shall be immediately terminated when: a) your use results in or is intended to harass, threaten, impersonate, intimidate, harm, abuse, defame; b) you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," "affiliate links," or any other form of solicitation; c) you transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature; d) you violate any laws applicable to your use of the Service; e) you use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; f) acts of fraud; g) you breach the provisions of the Terms; and h) you opt out of your Account Information.
A member may have one verified profile only. Subsequent access of a member having more than one profile will be cancelled.
As a member, you grant your permission for brands to have conversations with you via opting in to brands (done through tapping "ALLOW" after tapping on a brand disc in the carousel without a heart which indicates that a member is interacting with the brand for the first time).
Your Imfree account, comprising your:
- Personal Information, that includes your name, mobile number, date of birth and gender which you shared during registration;
- Profile Information, that includes your marital status, parental status and socio-economic classification determined by your educational attainment, occupation, place of residence and car ownership which you shared during onboarding;
- Behavior Information that includes in-app behavior, content engagements you complete or share as well as redemption details and all other information you have divulged or created in the course of your use of the Service will be available to Imfree.
As a member, you maintain control of your Personal Information. Imfree does not and will not share your Personal Information to any third party partners unless otherwise you granted us explicit permission to do so. By opting in to Convos and transacting your Profile and Behavior Information against rewards, you provide Imfree your consent to share this information with the brands you have opted in to.
You also have the ability to opt out of any brand you have engaged with. By opting out of a brand, your relationship with the aforementioned will be discontinued, any further communication between yourself and the brand will cease and you may not opt in to the brand again for 90 days.
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, content, and computer code (collectively, "Imfree Content"), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, "look and feel," and arrangement of such Imfree Content, contained on the Service is owned, controlled, or licensed to Imfree by Imfree Holdings Inc. (USA), and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent, and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights. Imfree is not liable for brand representations whether implied or direct.
As a Member of Imfree, Imfree grants you a revocable, non-assignable, non-transferable, non- sublicensable right to legally and ethically share the Imfree name and Imfree logo to other parties for the sole purpose of informing such third parties of the availability of the Service. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement or otherwise permitted by law, no Imfree Content may be used, copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, publicly performed by any means or distributed in any way to any via any other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise or purpose, without Imfree‘s express prior written consent or unless provided with the ability to do so.
By using the Service you agree that Imfree may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your account, your access to the Service, and/or block your future access to the Service. You understand the nature of the Service and that in its provision technical issues may arise which may affect the Service. Your use of the Service is, thus, at your sole risk and the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Imfree does not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations or that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Imfree is not liable for network connectivity (i.e. Convo delivery failure).
You expressly recognize and agree that Imfree, or any of its members of the Board of Directors, Officers, Employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or trustees shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by you on account of your usage of the Service. You agree to indemnify Imfree or any of its members of the Board of Directors, Officers, Employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents or trustees from and against any and all liabilities and costs incurred in connection with any claim arising from your acts or omissions arising from or connected with your use of the Service. Imfree is not liable for damages related to lost load/devices/earnings, system or network malfunctions. Imfree is not liable for the value/tax transactions entered into between members and brands. No discrimination as to members or brands is recognized by Imfree.
By using the Service, you agree to the Terms and should any conflict arise from these Terms, you agree that the laws of the Philippines shall apply and that jurisdiction shall be exclusively held by the courts of Makati City, Philippines. You further agree that any claim under this Agreement must be brought within one (1) year from the occurrence of the breach, act or omission complained of, otherwise the action prescribes and can no longer be initiated.
If any portion of the Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be stricken and the remainder of the Agreement shall be enforced as written. If Imfree does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy including those contained in the Agreement or arising under applicable law, this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of our rights. Imfree may assign or delegate some or all of its rights and obligations under this Agreement.
REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Members of Imfree are entitled to receive rewards for every Conversation, referred to throughout the app as 'Convo'. Through these Convos, members can form stronger, more meaningful relationships with brands. The rewards are explicitly stated at the beginning of each Convo. At the end of each Convo, members will be able to receive the reward. These rewards are granted by the brand/s which participated in a Convo with the member.
Imfree does not promote, or make any warranty with respect to, the products redeemed by the members.
The General Terms and Conditions governing the membership and use of Imfree and the Services are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part thereof.
Eligibility and Participation
All members of Imfree shall automatically earn rewards for specified use of the Service without any expense on enrollment charges or fees (the "Rewards Program"). Rewards earned by the member will be credited to the member’s Imfree MiRewards account. Members may enable a conversation, convo, by tapping on a disc with the green-colored heart shaped logo, located in the application’s carousel.
Imfree reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from further participation in the Rewards Program, if in its judgment, that person has violated the terms and conditions herein or has violated the General Terms and Conditions and the Rewards Terms and Conditions. Suspension and disqualification may result in the cancellation of all rewards earned and accumulated.
Accumulation of Rewards
- Rewards may be earned from completing Convos and for every successful referral made under the member-get-member program.
- Rewards may be earned from other activities deemed appropriate and will be announced from time to time.
- Rewards earned may include, but are not limited to, load rewards and discount vouchers.
- Rewards earned cannot be pooled with another member nor transferred to any other member and cannot be converted to cash.
- Rewards earned and redeemed will be reflected in Member’s Imfree MiRewards. If not disputed within ten (10) days from the update, rewards as reflected shall be deemed accepted and correct.
- Rewards accumulation will be stopped for blocked accounts.
- Fraudulent earning or redemption of rewards may result to forfeiture of available balances as well as cancellation of the membership.
- Imfree reserves the right to adjust the denomination of the rewards available for redemption without prior notice. Members are made aware of the value of the rewards they earn prior to engaging with any Convo.
- Load transactions are provided by 3rd party partners. Imfree is not liable for any delays, loss or failure to load the member.
- Load amount is determined by existing market rate set by the 3rd party partners and network agreement.
- Once the reward is converted into load, load is now the member’s responsibility.
- Upon redemption, load becomes subject to telecommunication providers own terms and conditions.
- Load is only transferrable once redeemed.
- Voucher rewards can only be used once and are subject to a validity period. Once the validity of the voucher has lapsed, the voucher will expire and will not be usable.
Rewards can be redeemed anytime following the instructions designated in the application.
- Only the Member is eligible to redeem rewards.
- Rewards are eligible for redemption only for Member accounts that are current and in good credibility standing, (i.e. the Membership is not suspended, blocked or cancelled) at the time of redemption.
- A Member with a closed account will immediately forfeit the balance of any accumulated rewards from date of voluntary or involuntary cancellation.
- Once a valid redemption request has been made, this cannot be cancelled, revoked or changed.
- A request for redemption of rewards authorizes Imfree to give necessary information to its contractor or agent required to perform or complete redemption process and delivery.
CLOSED BETA DISCLAIMER & CONFIDENTIALITY
Thank you for participating in the Imfree pre-launch beta test. This document serves as a formal agreement to the methods of data collecting to be employed for testing purposes, the disclaimer of the legitimacy of the information found on or linked to the pre-launch app, and terms of confidentiality for the use of the pre-launch app.
For the purpose of this pre-launch beta test, Imfree shall collect data from the usage of the test app that will help us develop a better app in the future. The data collected will largely be in reference to how you used the app.
The Imfree pre-launch app is currently in the development and testing stage, and as such, should not be used or construed in any manner as the basis for legitimate marketing promotions. In addition, any brand present in the mobile app is not currently affiliated with Imfree, and any information provided on or linked to this test app should not be regarded as official brand communications. Reliance on the information provided on or linked to this pre-launch test app is done solely at your own discretion.
Imfree does not guarantee the legitimacy of any information provided on or linked to this test app. Moreover, Imfree makes no commitment to update or correct said information, and accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions that may be contained on said information. Imfree may change any information on this app at anytime without notice.
The Imfree test app, and all information provided on or linked to said app, is to be treated as proprietary technical and business information of Imfree, and as such, should be treated as confidential under the terms of confidentiality set forth in this document and its attachment/s.

By signing up, I understand that the mobile app pre-launch test in which I will be participating in will be recorded and that any data I provide via app usage may be used for the improvement of the app. In addition, I understand that any material and information showcased in the app are not official marketing communications from any brand present in the app. Reliance on the material or information in the app is done at my personal discretion, thereby indemnifying Imfree and the brands from any legal liabilities that may arise from it. Lastly, I understand and agree to all the terms of confidentiality set forth and its attachment/s.

What is this policy about?
This policy describes the information we process to support Imfree, other products offered by Imfree and its related tools and services, including, without limitation, our Mobile Application ("Application"), and our website at www.imfree.com ("Site") (collectively "Services").
How do we get your consent?
You maintain ownership of your Personal Information and you may permanently extinguish this information on demand at any time.
Imfree does not knowingly collect information from minors nor otherwise consent to the registration of such minors for the Service. Upon being informed that a minor, without parental consent, has accessed the Service, Imfree shall immediately delete all of the minor’s Personal Information.
- COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
What kind of information do we collect?
To provide the Services, we must process information about you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our Services.
We collect Personal Information, Profile Information and Behavior Information in connection with your use of our Services. When we use the term "Personal Information" we are referring to any information, whether recorded in material form or not, that will directly ascertain the identity of an individual. This may include, but is not limited to, your full name, by itself or combined with your password, mobile number, gender and date of birth. "Profile Information" may include, but is not limited to, marital status, and your socio-economic classification, determined by member responses, proving data on the following: education attainment, employment status, occupation, city of residence, type of community, appliance ownership and car ownership. The "Behavior Information" collected may vary from one engagement to another. The general information we collect are in-app behavior (time in app, frequency of use), products used by the user, and geographic location.
We only collect information you choose to submit through our Services. We will request for your consent before every convo you engage in.
Please note that the Services may provide you links to third party sites, such as links to the websites of Clients, Partners and other third-party organizations, businesses, and merchants who have agreed to make offers available to you through our Services.
We are not responsible for the privacy policies, practices or the content of websites owned by others that you may link to or that may be linked from the Services. Accordingly, we encourage you to review the privacy policies and terms of service of those websites so that you understand how those websites collect, use and share any Personal Information.
- USE OF INFORMATION
How do we use this information?
We use your Personal Information to identify you as we provide the Services to you. This may include responding to you when you contact us and any other activities that may require us to know you to improve the Services that we provide you.
We use the Profile and Behavior Information you provide, including location, preferences, interests and in-app activities to provide personalized content that are unique and relevant to you, including, but not limited to, personalized conversations, offers, rewards and other content that we show you.
We use your location, preferences and interests and track your in-app activities to help us and our partners to better understand you, measure the effectivity and distribution of the conversations and offers you see and improve the type of conversations and offers you see in the future.
We use your login credentials and device information to verify your account and activity, detect and prevent fraudulent transactions (such as fraudulent load and reward redemption) and other bad experiences and maintain the integrity of our Services.
We use your contact information to send you marketing communications, communicate with you about our Services, and let you know about our policies and terms. We also use your information to respond to you when you contact us.
We use your contacts list to enable you to share with them content from the Services such as invites and other content.
- DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
How is this information shared?
We work with third-party Clients and other partners who help us provide and improve our Services or who use other Imfree services to grow their businesses, which makes it possible for us to operate and provide the Services for free. We do not sell, rent, share or trade your Personal Information to third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you have granted us permission to do so.
We use your Profile and Behavior Information to provide aggregated statistics and insights that help people and businesses understand how people are engaging with conversations, offers, products and other content on and off our Services.
We provide our Clients and other partners with reports about the kinds of people seeing their conversations and offers and how they are performing, but we don't share information that personally identifies you unless you give us permission to. For example, we provide general demographic and interest information to our Clients that want to engage with you through conversations and offers to help them better understand their audience. We also confirm which conversation or offer led you to make a purchase or take an action with a partner such as during voucher redemption.
We provide information and content to vendors and service providers who support our business, such as providing you with load during load redemption, analyzing how our Services are used, providing customer service or conducting surveys.
- MANAGING INFORMATION
How can you access, update or delete information about you?
We provide you with the ability to access, rectify, port and erase your Personal Information. You may access and correct, if necessary, the Personal Information you provided or created in the course of your use of the Services, and other relevant information pertaining to it. You also have the ability to opt out of the brands you engaged in in the course of your use of the Services, or any changes thereto.
We store data until it is no longer necessary to provide the Services, or until you request for your account to be deleted, whichever comes first. When you request to delete your account, you may no longer have access to or be able to use the Services.
- INFORMATION SECURITY
How do we secure the information?
We utilize reasonable information security measures to safeguard your Personal Information. Although we have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that we believe are adequate to protect Personal Information, any such systems may be subject to human and operational error. In particular, because the Internet is an open system, we cannot and do not guarantee that the Personal Information entered by you online will not be misappropriated, intercepted, modified, deleted or used by others.
